Affidavit The undersigned, .............................................................................., declare on my own responsibility that I am healthy and physically and mentally fit to participate in the practical ski/snowboard lessons organised by Outdoor Stuff NVA SR I declare on my own responsibility that I have read the Rules of the event published on www.outdoorfun.ro/termeni&conditii and I agree to the rules.

I am also aware of and will abide by the following:

I fully understand the risks involved and the level of fitness required to participate in the ski/snowboard lessons; I have the appropriate equipment for participation (helmet, goggles, balaclava, gloves, trousers and ski/snowboard jacket); I have ensured that I am appropriately dressed for the weather conditions; I will abide by the safety decisions communicated by the ski/snowboard instructor throughout the ski/snowboard lesson; Any medical conditions and dietary requirements must be made known to the ski/snowboard instructor before the start of the ski/snowboard lesson!
Participation in ski/snowboard lessons while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is forbidden I am aware of the risk of injury (to myself or others)/damage (to myself or others) that ski/snowboarding during ski/snowboard lessons entails, I fully and completely assume this risk and release Outdoor Stuff NVA SRL and/or the ski/snowboard instructor who will instruct me from liability.
I agree that instructors may film or photograph me during ski/snowboard lessons for the purpose of analysing my progress and providing feedback from the instructors.
I agree to instructors filming or photographing me during skiing/snowboarding lessons for the purpose of promoting skiing/snowboarding lessons on the website and social media channels mentioned on the website, including images and film footage of me appearing.
